Wednesday – Wowbutter & Fudge Swirl Pie

There is this fantastic, yummy, and super easy pie recipe on the Wowbutter recipe portion of their website.  You can see all the recipes by clicking here.  The pie is their Wowbutter & Fudge Swirl Pie.  OK so I had a little issue dribbling the fudge topping and didn’t swirl it with a knife, but it sure did taste super yummy!  My husband told me I should have put another blop in the other corner, so it would look like I meant to do that!  Anyway, the recipe is below.  It is peanut free!

WOWBUTTER & Fudge Swirl Pie 1 pkg cream cheese 1/2 cup sugar 1/4 cup Safe-for-School WOWBUTTER – smooth  2 cups whipped topping 1 chocolate crumb pie crust 1/4 cup chocolate fudge dessert topping Beat cream cheese, sugar and WOWBUTTER in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Gently stir in whipped topping until well blended. Spoon into crust, drizzle with chocolate fudge topping. Swirl knife through cream cheese mixture several times for marble effect. Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm. Store leftovers in refrigerator.
