What is your favorite gluten free product and why?  Do you love a specific flour to use in recipes, because it tastes the best?   How about a fantastic gluten free recipe?  Something you use every day that you just cannot live without?

  1. We started eating Chebe when we serve bread at home. It is a traditional Brazilian bread product (Chebe is the brand name it is sold under in the US) made out of the manoic (tapioca) root. It’s not trying to be something it’s not, and has a simple list of ingredients. And it’s YUMMY!
